All KAYR membership options include the KAYR watch, watch charger, full access to the KAYR app for up to 5 caregivers, 24/7/365 customer support, and access to KAYR patient and caregiver resources.
No, your watch is included in your membership for the length of the membership you chose.
Your membership begins on the day that your watch is activated. For example, if you place your order today and receive and activate your watch on October 15, 2026, then your membership will begin on October 15, 2026.
No, there are no additional monthly membership or subscription fees.
Yes, your membership will automatically renew at the end of the 3, 6 or 12 month term. If you do not want to renew your membership, you can cancel the renewal through your account on the KAYR app.
Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the renewal date.

The KAYR watch uses GPS, cellular connectivity, and Wi-Fi-assisted location services to provide reliable location awareness across indoor and outdoor environments.
Fall detection is coming soon. It will not be available when the pre-order devices ship in October. Once fall detection is available, your device will automatically update with that capability.
